National Benefits Center Employees

We are excited to support your continued work on the National Benefits Center program.  We are preparing to begin work on the new contract beginning late in 2021 (date is subject to change).

LDRM is a joint venture comprised of Lockwood Hills Federal, an Akima company, and DTSV.  We have been working together for the past 17 years providing technical, operational, and administrative support services to federal agencies, including Department of State and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. DTSV also provides support services to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services at the Potomac Service Center.

Our philosophy is simple: We take care of our employees so that they can take care of our customers.

We know that you provide vital support on this program, and we will be here to support you.  We look forward to meeting you and to working together as a fully integrated team.  Our goal is to support you through this transition and to collaborate to make improvements, both to program operations and to a healthy work environment.
