We are excited to support your continued work on the OSI, OI, and FDNS Administrative, Executive & Technical Support Services program. The new contract will begin on October 12, 2020.
LDRM is a joint venture comprised of Lockwood Hills Federal, an Akima company, and DTSV. We have been working together for the past 17 years providing technical, operational, and administrative support services to federal agencies, including Department of State and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. DTSV also provides support services to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services at the Potomac Service Center.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why do I have to apply for my job?
This is a new contract with a new employer, so there are legal requirements for us to collect employment applications and related information.
2. How do I apply?
If you are working in Camp Springs, MD, you will go through the application process with LDRM JV partner DTSV. If you are working at any other location, you will go through the application process with LDRM JV partner Lockwood Hills. Please see instructions above.
3. If I am hired on the new contract, will my job change?
At this time, we are not aware of any changes to the job requirements.
4. If I am hired on the new contract, will my pay change?
Pay rates will be in accordance with the area Wage Determination (WD) under the Service Contract Act. There should be no pay decreases, and in some cases the WD may have increased. More details will be provided in the offer letters.
5. What are your company benefits?
Under all of the area Wage Determinations, the Health & Welfare allowance is $4.22/hour to be used for benefits, with any remainder being deposited into your 401(k) account. Vacation is provided as per the WD, based on years of service. Seniority dates will remain the same. The current WDs also provide for 56 hours of sick leave/year, accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
